To give you the most flexibility, engagement sessions are curated as a separate experience. However, I view these sessions as the "secret sauce" to incredible wedding photos—they allow us to get comfortable with one another so that by the time your wedding rolls around, I’m just a friend with a camera.

Because I highly value this time together, I offer specialized pricing for couples who choose to book both:

Integrated Bookings: If you choose to book your wedding and engagement session simultaneously, a preferred rate is applied to your collection.

Sequential Bookings: If you’ve already completed a session with me, a loyalty credit is applied toward your wedding package to reflect our continued partnership.

I never want to go into a wedding as a stranger. Meeting you beforehand helps me understand your natural chemistry, ensuring your wedding day feels smoother, more relaxed, and results in photos that truly reflect the heart of your story.

Absolutely! My standard coverage includes up to 150 km of round-trip travel from Vancouver, BC. For weddings more than two hours away (each way), additional travel fees may apply. This only covers travel to your first location and back home at the end of the day—any travel between wedding-day locations is always included.

For destination weddings, I’d love to chat! If your location is on my bucket list, there’s a good chance I could offer a heavily discounted rate if airfare and accommodations are covered. Details would, of course, be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

I’m happy to answer questions and chat about your wedding, but I can only secure your date once a deposit has been paid and the contract is signed. Email inquiries or messages do not hold the date.

As of March 2026 I have started to shoot film. I will include film as an add on to all of my 2026 weddings at no additional charge.

Yes! Every photo you receive is fully edited in the style you see throughout my portfolio. That means careful color correction, tone adjustments, cropping, straightening, sharpening, and thoughtful black-and-white conversions where it fits the story.

I’ve completed professional Adobe courses at Emily Carr, so all of your photos are edited and retouched with industry-level skills and attention to detail. I keep my approach natural—softening skin, brightening eyes, or removing small distractions like a flyaway hair or a blemish that popped up on the day.

What I don’t do is heavy airbrushing or altering bodies. I believe in creating honest images that reflect the real you. That said, if there’s something specific that would help you feel more confident or comfortable, I’ll always do my best to accommodate. My goal is for you to love your photos and feel your best in them.

When your gallery is ready, you’ll get an email (and often a quick text, too) with a link to your private online gallery. From there, you can view, download, and share your images as much as you like. Your gallery is fully downloadable in high resolution, so you can save your favorites to your computer, phone, or even share directly with family and friends.

The number of photos depends on the package you book. Most weddings end up with 200+ images at minimum, and often much more. I don’t limit or withhold photos—if it’s a special moment or detail that tells the story of your day, it’s included. My goal is always to give you a complete, thoughtful gallery where nothing meaningful is left out.

I know how hard it is to wait, so you’ll always receive a sneak peek shortly after your wedding. This is followed by a small sample gallery while I finish editing the full set. Final galleries are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks. Because I take on a limited number of weddings each season, I’m able to stay on top of editing and get your photos back to you quickly, even in busy months.

Every gallery includes a mix of true-to-life color images and timeless black and whites, all edited in the same style you see in my portfolio. I use professional editing and retouching techniques to make sure your photos look polished but still natural and authentic to the day.

I like to under promise and over deliver when it comes to both the number of images you’ll receive and the turnaround time. I keep my schedule limited so I never get backed up, which helps me stay focused and enjoy every session.

Turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks as wedding galleries are more extensive, and I want to represent every detail of your day accurately. I always provide a sneak peek gallery—usually within 24 hours—so you can enjoy a few favourites while the full gallery is being finalized.

While I offer solo coverage for more intimate celebrations, I strongly encourage a second photographer for most wedding days. For celebrations with over 100 guests, a large wedding party, or an extensive family formal list, a second shooter is included as a mandatory standard. This ensures that your day runs efficiently and that no moment is overlooked.

Alternative Perspectives: While I focus on the primary action, my second photographer captures the "in-between" moments—like your parents’ reactions during the ceremony or guests enjoying cocktail hour while we are away for portraits.

A More Robust Gallery: More angles and more eyes on the crowd result in a more comprehensive story of your day.

Because every wedding is unique, every quote is tailored to fit your specific needs. Whether we determine that your day requires a multi-photographer team or a more streamlined solo approach, my goal is to ensure your gallery is as extensive and effortless as possible.

Summer and fall dates tend to fill up quickly—sometimes a year or more ahead. Since I take on a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple the attention they deserve, it’s best to get in touch as soon as you can once you’ve set your date.
